SHIPPING POLICY

Orders will be dispatched in 2-3 business days of payment confirmation. Customers will be contacted if this is not going to be the case (out of stocks etc)

Standard Shipping:

Standard shipping times will range from 3-12 business days in metro areas and may take up to 7-15 business days in rural areas. Standard shipping will be calculated at checkout and starts at $10. Please take into consideration that interstate deliveries may vary depending on time of year and demand for freight. 

Shipping Insurance:

Shipping Insurance is offered on all orders at the checkout. By selecting this insurance you will be covered for any items that are lost or damaged during transit only. Theft after proof of delivery will not be covered. Lost items must be confirmed by the courier service before a replacement or refund will be issued.

Stolen Orders:

An order is considered stolen if tracking confirms package status as "delivered," but the customer claims non-receipt. When filing claims for stolen goods, customers may be required to file a police report when the value is over $150 or when multiple claims have been filed by the same customer. Claims for stolen goods must be filed no later than 10 business days after the carrier's reported delivery date.

Damaged Goods in Transit:

If you have received a product delivered, damaged upon arrival, please call our Customer Care Team on 07 3713 9345 or email us at claims@haigh.com.au ‘same day as delivery’ and provide a detailed description of the fault or damage and photo images to support your claim.
