Do you ship outside Australia?
Generally we don't. We can send you a special Shipping cost for certain products (Usually smaller items.) Please email us at sales@haigh.com.au to request a special Product shipping quote.
How long will it take to get my Order?
It depends on where you are. Australian Domestic Orders will take 3-20 business days to arrive depending on your location.
(20 days being for Remote locations)
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 10-30 days.

What is your Return Policy?
All products purchased from our website may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping costs.
International return orders may be subject to return shipping fees.
